I have the following error:

whats the correct code for the cookie ?

The problem is that you can not output any data before you alter the HTTP headers. Thus, you need to remove the data being outputted in config.php as noted in the error message (hint: a blank line or space at the start of a PHP script is outputted).

or the duble spaces? or even the tab space ?

line 1 of config.php is giving output before other stuff. Best check that one.

But here is the first line as it is exactly
<?php if (!defined('BASEPATH')) exit('No direct script access allowed');

That is the absolute first line in the file?
Try commenting it out and see if it still occurs.

Are you positive there aren't any spaces (even one) before the '<?php' tag on the first line?

If so, can you rename the config.php file to config.txt and attach it to your next post? Don't forget to remove any sensitive information first.

Lines in error reporting aren't always correct, sometimes we have to do it the hard way. Fortunately, manual is good helper 🙂

Comment of header() is also applicable:

Remember that header() must be called before any actual output is sent,
either by normal HTML tags, blank lines in a file, or from PHP. It is a very
common error to read code with include(), or require(), functions, or
another file access function, and have spaces or empty lines that are output
before header() is called. The same problem exists when using a single
PHP/HTML file.
