Add form results to PDF, send PDF to email as an attached file.

Is there anyway that you could take html form results, plug those results into a PDF form, and then have that form sent to an email address as an attached file?

The pdf form is already made, I would set it to have text fields for each section.

I am unsure if that allows for the html form populated PDF to be saved and sent via email.

Here you can find a php lib witch will help you create pdf files and here is the php mail function documentation, but there are lots of mime mail php lib out there for you to use to send mails with attachments ...
