hi i have an html form within two values: the hour(hh:mm) a worker started working and the hour(hh:mm) he stopped working now i have to write a code that receives this values from th form and returns the daily and weekley number of working hours(and minutes) could u sudgest me the Date and Time Functions that i should use ? thanks for any help
So your user submits a form with 2 text values in the hh:mm format? is he submitting it for every day of the week, or are you storing that information every day somewhere? if there is a database involved, please provide the schema
Between [man]mktime/man, [man]strtotime/man, [man]date/man, and [man]time/man; you should be able to manipulate the times in whatever manner is needed.
