Help finding a script

Hi,
I'm looking for a script where users can log the outcome of a call, and the statistics be shown according to individuals or teams, which an admin section to say who is in what team and what agents there are.

Does any one know of something like this???

Kind of vague to me what you are really looking for, but if a Perl-based script is an option, you might find that Bugzilla could be used. While it was designed as a software bug-tracking application, I have heard of it also being used for activities which are similar to what you seem to be describing.
