How can I add Multiple Record at a time

I want to develop a wab page that only serve a small company for ading and editin or deleting of records of their customers. am using Mysql and PHP

example
table fields are
Name, Age and Card type.

on the page was text control and combo box so the question is can I add more form for adding multiple or triple customer at a time.

for any further info please let me know. I can type out sample code.

You can submit only one form at a time ...

Here is what you can do:

	Second customer: 
	<input type="text" name="txtName[]" value="" />
	<input type="text" name="txtAge[]" value="" />
	<input type="text" name="txtCard[]" value="" />
	<br />
	Third customer: 
	<input type="text" name="txtName[]" value="" />
	<input type="text" name="txtAge[]" value="" />
	<input type="text" name="txtCard[]" value="" />
	<br />
	....
	One thousand customer: 
	<input type="text" name="txtName[]" value="" />
	<input type="text" name="txtAge[]" value="" />
	<input type="text" name="txtCard[]" value="" />
	<br />
	<input type="submit" name="submit" value="Submit" />

You can control the number of elements using another for with a list-box or a text field to select or input the number of customers you want to add, but that`s another story ...
