Newbie with a question on error

My site seems to constantly hang and either time out or double post. I checked the server and it is running fine. I run a cron job every fours hours, but still have problems. Here is one of the error messages I get:

This pic does not exist

i go to that url and that page works, but does say pic does not exist.
So what is it suppose to be showing?
