We have an online tool for our users and one part is reporting Page Numbers. Some people were beta testing and reported an error while sorting on Page Numbers.
They entered things like:

1-4
48-94
Anyway, how do I get the sorting to work out correctly? Everything gets garbled when people enter info this way. I know validate entries by replacing the leading information if it's not a number or zero, but what happens when they put in a range like 1-4 or 48-94? Should I replace the - with a comma when submitted, then it might sort by the first number and replace that with a dash for display purposes?
