NOOB HELP

Hi there

Complete php noob here.

I want to add a simple form to my site so I can add some text and pictures into <tables>.

I am familiar with html code and have set up php on my pc.
It cant be that hard, .. but I dont know where to start.... how do I specify to which table (collumn/row) a certain pic/text will go?

Can I do this in Dreamweaver?

You need to start with the basics my friend. You're talking about using uploads and MySQL, not really "n00b" areas without knowing the basics.

how long will such a thing take for someone who's really good with php?
