Does anyone know where could I find the latest PHP news/issues, or whatever?
Something like a magazine, blog, etc.?
http://www.php.net/ seems like an obvious start? If you can't find it, there is a link on that page called links which links to ... let's see ... "PHP News", "PHP Magazines",....

Technically, I'm the news editor for php|architect, but admittedly I don't have the time to keep it as up-to-date as enygma's phpdeveloper.org. Cal Evans also posts news at Zend's Developer Zone, which is another great place to go... or of course you can keep up with Planet PHP for related current blog posts of PHPers.
