[RESOLVED] Multitable query... Mysql and PHP...

Hi guys,

I'm having a problem working out how to do this. 🙁
Basically I think I’ve made a database to separate for my skill in mysql and php.

I have 3 tables:

Table: Stock

ID:	-	Qty:	-	PartID:
1	-	 1	-	   1
2	-	 3	- 	   2
3	-	 1	-	   4
4	-	 1	-	   3
5	-	 2	-	   5
6	-	 2	-	   6

Table: Parts

PartID:	-	MakerID:
1	-	1
2	-	2
3	-	3
4	-	4
5	-	5
6	-	6

Table Makers:

MakerID:	-	Name:
1		-	Smiths
2		-	Bakers
3		-	Jones
4		-	BNLM
5		-	TTAF
6		-	Grants

And what i would like to do, is get a result based on the qty of 1 item, so for example, if i wanted to see which items were down to "qty 1", i would get a result like this:

PartID (From Table: Stock):	-	Name (from Table Makers):
1				-	Smiths
3				-	Jones
4				-	BNLM

If anyone could show me how to do the above, it would be amazing!

Classic JOIN problem

SELECT `A`.`QTY`, `C`.`Name`
FROM `STOCK` AS `A`
LEFT JOIN `PARTS` AS `B` ON `A`.`PARTID` = `B`.`PARTID`
LEFT JOIN `MAKERS` AS `C` ON `B`.`MakerID` = `C`.`MakerID`
ORDER BY `STOCK`.`QTY`DESC

with some finess of course
