Php Poll

I have this poll on my website now:

And I followed these instructions carefully from:

But I don't know were I have gone wrong, because something isn't working right

Does anyone know?

I would recommend you do two things:

1. Change all of the deprecated short tags ('<?') to the full PHP tag ('<?php'). Short tags have been deprecated for some time and, IIRC, aren't available as of PHP6.

2. Rename ajax-poller.html to ajax-poller.php, as it's likely that your webserver isn't configured to send .html files to the PHP parser (as it shouldn't).

But does anyone know how to actually add options for a user to vote

I can't see were to add them at all 🙁
