PHP Framework Thesis (survey)

Hello all,

I am a student at East Tennessee State University. Without going into
details, I must complete a(n undergraduate) thesis to graduate. My thesis is to compare
and contrast the top PHP frameworks. I would like anyone who uses
frameworks to post on this thread or send a private email to me. The
information included should be:

Framework Name
Framework Version (if any specific version)
Why you choose that framework / What stands out about this one versus
any other to you

If you utilize more than one framework (or think one is better for
some application) include these as well in order of preference.

You'll find most people here don't tend to use frameworks. I usually wouldn't.

The only one that interests me is the Zend Framework (http://framework.zend.com/).

I think they sell why to use it better than me... http://framework.zend.com/whyzf/ but one of the best features is you can use parts of it without having to be lumbered with the full thing.
