[RESOLVED] $_server['php_self'] problem

I don't know what's wrong in my code pertaining here..
<form action="<?=$_SERVER['PHP_SELF']?>" method="POST">

I always got an error telling that

The page cannot be displayed

HTTP 405 - Resource not allowed
Internet Information Services

What's wrong with it???

Not 100% sure but you can try this.

<form action="<?php echo $_SERVER['PHP_SELF']; ?>" method="POST">
