Statistics for web developers age-range?

Is there any study or research that is publish online that produces stats on age range for web developers in a particular country?

For example:

Country A - 20 to 30
Country B - 22 to 35
Country C - 18 to 45

Please provide a link if there is one, Thanks. 🙂

College in the UK isn't set up the same way as college in the US. If I recall, they call our "college" "university" there and college for them is like secondary/high school in the States. Could be wrong, though.

Our "college" (I'm in the UK) is more like the latter end of your high school - 17/18 yr olds.

What makes it more confusing is that some of the schools here are called high schools. But they stop at 16.

Am I right in thinking that as well as college over there, you also have universities as well?

yes, but it's more of a title difference then actual difference
Colleges = 1 school
Universities = 2 or more colleges
so a university will have the college of law and college of arts and college of cusine so fourth, but it's really all the same thing because you got to a college at a university

I remember an academic advisor asked me what college I was in one time (expecting The College of IS&T) and I gave him a kind of stupid look and said ... "University of Nebraska?" Hah! I'm exhausted. 🙁

But aren't community colleges for people over 18 (i.e. past High School)? Where do they fit in?

community colleges arent age specific,
i guess what makes them community is that they are probably county funded which makes them often quite small colleges.

In fact alot of hs kids looking for college credits often take courses at community colleges.

Not at all strictly followed, but generally speaking in the US:

College: only offers bachelor degree programs (or associate degrees such as with community colleges)

University: in addition to bachelors degree programs includes graduate level degrees (masters and PhD)
