coding for a simple page - perhaps of help

Hi There,

I am doing a name alias recognition database so that the system will recognize "Dan" and "Danny" as the same name. I need your assistance, and made something for database newbies to see a sample (pretty easy) page. Check this url out:

Pleaes help by adding names/nicknames as you would like. You are free to download the source for this table and the source code of the page. this might be a good exmaple for new php coders, hope this helps.
