Problem with a template!

Hello people... This is my first post sto I'll introduce my self. My name is Marios and I am from Greece. I just recentrly brought my first php book and I am starting to changing a template. Thought I dont know alot and I need your help...

As you can see I did something and at right of the logo and left of it, the bars isnt align... The problem is that I try many thinks and I cant find a solution... please can someone tell me what I can do, or what files should I post it to tell me what I did wrong??
Please I need so much that help cause I am stack by that SO MANY DAYS!

It looks like you may have a css issue...check the padding. Also do the graphics line up correctly if you paste them in a file and view them.

isnt that easy because there are in a table... and I just thought that with kind of logo, some one with smaller resolution than 1280x1024 it will have to scroll... and I am thinking to just make smaller logo and left and right of it, I will put a repeated small section of the yellow board... I dont know if it is a good Idea! can anyone tell me?

Well, if you're going to use stylesheets you might as well go all the way instead of a mix of css layout and table layout. But for your immediate problem, the reason why your middle column isn't aligning with the side columns is because you're specifically asking for a three-pixel white border above it:
