I have one Question regarding java webservices and php soap client.
Suppose we have java object and we serialize it. My Question is,
is it possible to use that serialized java object with php5 ?
If possible how this could be accomplished.

Probably not: Java is not PHP and I doubt they use the same native serialisation mechanism (although I also think that if you have Java and PHP there's nothing stopping you from checking this for yourself).

Technologies and protocols do exist for serialising data into a common format and transporting it between different environments, however. You might want to do some research into XML and SOAP.
