Email Attachment Problem

Hello Guys!!!
i m new to this group

I have problem in Email attachment, in my form when file attachment is used then it is working properly but when i use file attachment it is not working ....means it doesn't work.

When i use attachment then i got email in my mail but mail is in HTML format and there was no attachment....

So i have tried one more trick....

i have uploaded one test application to this server and other server ...and tested it....
So email attachment working properly to other server...means this server have some problem with email attachment....is anyone tell me what can i do....or any settings in server....to solve this problem
