Installation of PHP,Apache,MySql on Vista Home Edtion

Hi,
need help to install PHP5, MySQL and IIS/Apache on a Windows Vista Home. Unable to get anything working! :mad:
What is easiest to get working, Apache or IIS?
In what order, Apache, PHP, MySQL? Please make it detailed, I am a newbee.
Hope anybody got the time to help.
