'signed' scripts?

I was looking into Javascript's import statement and it is a bit cryptic:

The docs there refer to 'scripts signed by the same principals.' What does this mean?

I'm looking for the Javascript equivalent of [man]include[/man]

I've never seen that, but it looks like it's talking about importing and inheriting object properties

you could always do
document.write("<scr"+"ipt type=text/javascript src=yourfile><\/scr"+"ipt>")
That is how i've seen it done, breaking up the code to not be error blocked
