I am curious in the naming method of the file because I would like to know if there is special meaning that I will follow in my project too.
For instance. config.inc.php basic.inc.php
Is there special meaning of "inc"?

It is probably being used to designate that it is an include file. But as such, it is purely informational and would have no effect on how the file is processed.
