I don't think this has been posted before; but if i'm wrong please post a link to where it is. I also don't know if this is the correct place; if it's not please move it.

I'm looking for a script that allows users I specify to be able to login. In the members section I would like a text box for each person where they can put some HTML; and after hitting enter; the HTML code that they typed in there; would come up on a separate page; for instance userpages.yourdomain.com/username. And i would like it to have a different page for each user for instance

User 1 - userpages.yourdomain.com/user1
User 2 - userpages.yourdomain.com/user2
User 3 - userpages.yourdomain.com/user3
etc, etc

I already know someone is going to suggest allowing them to use FTP; i don't want this because first of all I only have 25 to spread around; and the Username Suffix is random numbers and letters. and i would like it do dissalow PHP

you can try using server WILDCARD & use htaccess (=RewriteRule) to direct all addresses according to a specific pattern to a page that connect to the DB & pulls the data of that user.

for example:
if i go to : http://myname.mysite.com

server will redirect (hidden redirect) the user to the page subdomain.php. this page then looks in the DB for a record with myname , when found it pulls any data i wish & display it.

i think i know what you mean but; i'm not sure so you'd have to give an example. I just know this

I want the subdomain to be userpages.yourdomain.com and i want it to be a directory under that they can edit. I don't want each person to have a separate sub domain.

So like i said userpages.yourdomain.com/user1 would be for the username "User1"

so, you can use .htacces to rewrite every subdomain you want to a specific file.

RewriteEngine on

## rewrite subdomains

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^usernames.\sitename\.com$ 
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ /subdomains/index.php [L]

this will redirect every request for usernames.sitename.com actually to sitename.com/subdomains
there you can any code you would like.
