Help Suggest a Script

Folks I am learning PHP but still not good enough to do extensive coding, I have some really urgent requirement,

Following is my requirement:

1) I have a bunch of PDF files on a site, I want only registered people to download some of these files, so I need a script which will let people register and then allow them to download the PDF files they need.

Please give me some pointers to where can I find a script that would work,

You want a shopping cart type of script. You can google for PHP Shopping Cart and get plenty of answers.
