I've tried a few PHP helpdesk systems, but none match quite my needs.
Can anyone make a recommendation?
Features essential:
- ability for members of the public to email a helpdesk email, which
automatically logs a support query
- must not require (or even ask) members of the public to create and
account on the system. We want to refer to the subjects purely by
their own email address - not name, account, or anything else.
- ability to refer ticket to other helpdesk administrators
Features desired:
- ability for tickets to be created from a web page, without the
user creating a support account
- ability to take notes on a query that aren't visible to the member
of the public
Anyone know anything suitable?
