Looking at the source code of page at you link.
You will notice some basic 'tags'.
Practically The whole page is one huge form .. including a clickable map.
It all starts with <form>
then comes a number of <input> and <select>
Finally ends with </form>
<form name="aspnetForm" method="post" action="index.aspx">
action= Means that all <input> and <selects> will be sent, $_POST-ed to 'index.aspx'
and there will be collected.
this happens whe SUBMIT button is Clicked

At least http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia is less Advertising Commercial
than that site spelled G-ads-OOG-ads-LE.COM_____MERCIAL
So in my opinion, it is very user friendly, and should be your choice
