[RESOLVED] How to split a string

Hi all am new to PHP
I dont know how to split a string to another strings

Eg:Chinmaya Institute of Technology
It should output
Chinmaya
Institute
of
Technology

This data is in a textarea and i pick it using $_POST['data'];
But it is getting as string please help

[man]explode/man, or [man]preg_split/man if a regular expression is needed for the string on which to split.
