regex ignore bbc inside bbc tag

so... if anyone can help, i need to do the following

[noparse][bbctag="i want to ignore inside the brackets"] is it possible?[/bbctag][/noparse]

the input will be as a value of $1 (everything avter the "[bbctag=" and before the "]" (first until i can ignore the tags i want to)

i have the custom [bbcode] written already and works fine, but i need a regex to make it ignore the 3 tags (bold itallic and image) -- but still parse the tags when the page loads (not just convert them to ascii

it will show the word...

typing test (and when you mouseover it will show the words between the quotes)

i want to be able to include an image

i that makes more sense to you, i am wanting the ignore to be in the [tooltip=""] not extendin to the [/tooltip]
