restrict access to page

ok here the thing...im really really stuck and need HELP haha
i gotta page (www.tab-db.com/content/member.php) and its the members page that is used when members login....but..you can type it into your web browser and it comes up without requiring a login? any idea on wat i can do here? a code mayb? i need some way to redirect it to a page saying it reqires login with the login form etc...please help me...im lost

When the user browses to the page you need to check if they are logged in. If they are not you send them to another page.

If your having trouble with login/registration scripts have a Google around. There are tons of tutorials on this matter as its a very common problem to be solved.
