I want to create a customer database. I want to be able to have it laid out in this fashion:
Client:
Phone Number:
Address:
Follow Up Date:
Comments:
I want to be able to view the list in a horizontal fashion and be able to click on the individual client name and be able to edit f/u date and/or comments. I want this to be secure requiring a login and a password. As well as a button to be able to add new clients and a button to delete clients. I was just wondering how some of you would go about doing this?
