Loading with view

at recently yahoo started a website for women at this address: http://shine.yahoo.com/

the good design of this site is when you open this site pictures of this site that is not viewing for you not loading. in other mean when u open this site and you scroll down browser too see bottom of page every time you scroll down pictures will be load. (not loaded all pictures without you scrolling). pictures load with your scroll to down.

it is very good idea. any one know how design this ability?
