Sending Multiple Emails

Hey guys I'm at home so I don't have access to the "Send to All" Button, but I have a text copy of everyone's email available that provides the addresses in a list

example:

[e-mail] <[e-mail]>
[e-mail] <[e-mail]>
...etc

When I'm sending out an email I want to send it to everyone so i'm just going to copy the email addresses into the 'TO' Box and seperate them with a semi-colon right?

So it would look like this:

[e-mail] <[e-mail]>; [e-mail] <[e-mail]>; [e-mail] <[e-mail]; etc...

Is that correct or are there supposed to be commas instead of semi-colons.
