[RESOLVED] IE8 Form

Hi,
How could i get the submit and input box to display inline...
display:inline; works fine in IE7 but not IE8.

If you get it to work as desired in IE8 now, how do you know it will still work right when the production version is released? 😉

Anyway, you could play around with the vertical-align and possibly the line-height style properties.

For some reason it needed to be text-align:top, hmm this IE8 is proving to be a lot of trouble and will probally screw up again when the final version is released 🙁

I imagine it will break again. Did you know for example IE8 doesn't support CSS transparency? It doesn't support it in the way Mozila/Safari/Opera support it and it doesn't support it that way IE 7, 6 and 5.5 support it. The reason being its not officially in the standards yet...

Irrelevant to this thread but I think it goes to show its far from finished.

It's hard for us to give good advice based on a screenshot when we can't see the HTML/CSS. not to mention the screenshot being such a small sample of the page.
