I imagine it will break again. Did you know for example IE8 doesn't support CSS transparency? It doesn't support it in the way Mozila/Safari/Opera support it and it doesn't support it that way IE 7, 6 and 5.5 support it. The reason being its not officially in the standards yet...
Irrelevant to this thread but I think it goes to show its far from finished.
It's hard for us to give good advice based on a screenshot when we can't see the HTML/CSS. not to mention the screenshot being such a small sample of the page.
