How can i add "SAVE IMAGE at GD generated image?

I want to add Save image button but i dont know how to do it..

I already know how to generate the image. what i want is to add a Download Generated image button at the form. I dont know how to do it..

1. Generate the image

2. Use [man]header[/man] to set the Content-Type to "application/octet-stream" (tells the browser not to do anything fancy with it but to treat it as a plain ordinary file).

3. Output the image (and only the image).
