Blogging script needed

Hi all, I already have a website / directory, that I add news and video clips to. I would like to move it on to more of a blog format. Does anyone know of a blog php script that could be used and then inserted/included in to the existing pages of my site.

There must be hundreds out there (though probably not hundreds of really good ones), but the problem will be you deciding which ones provide the features you need/want with a sufficient ease of use. You might want to poke around a bit at www.opensourcecms.com to get some ideas of what is available and some of the features and look/feel.
