reverse dns multiple domains 1 ip address

Don't know if this question is appropriate for this forum, but I want to know if it is possible to have a reverse dns ptr record possible for a mail.domain.com when i have multiple domains sharing a single ip address.
aol.com rejects mail being sent by my domain because my ptr record can not be resolved to my ip address.
domain is marcus-pointe.com and the mail is generated by /bloginsert.php

No this is not really appropriate for this forum. However, you need to have your hosting company (whomever owns your ip block) setup reverse dns for you. Unless you do it for your ip space of course.
