PHP Error? [function.include]: failed to open stream

Hey, I'm not too good with PHP and I've just installed PTCScript (http://www.ptcshop.com) and when I try to view the members, I get this error...

Warning: include(members.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/b0bba/public_html/admin/index.php on line 343

Could anyone possibly help me with this?

members.php is in /admin/ yes?

A simple test, type the following in your terminal:

nano /home/b0bba/public_html/admin/index.php

If your get an empty window and the text "New file" then you know it's wrong

Except that the problem isn't with index.php, it's with members.php. Otherwise, this is true.

Are you telling us that yes you do see a file called members.php in the /home/b0bba/public_html/admin/ directory (same directory as the index.php file that is being called)?
