Where to find quick one-time programming?

Hi, I'm trying to hire a programmer to make a quick modification to an existing website for me (mashup kinda thing).

I really don't want to have to enroll in some overseas site, post a project, filter through endless bids, etc.

Where can I go to hire someone just for five or ten minutes, pay them well for their time and then move on? I tried finding PHP chat rooms but could only find chatrooms built in PHP.

Any help please?

Thanks but, I'm pretty sure randoming messaging people from a list of 2000 contract workers would be worse than just posting the request here. :\

I was really hoping for a chat room where PHP programmers might hang out or answer question. It's really easy to throw out the question in a sitation like that.

Any good PHP IRC channels, anyone?
