i had nowhere else to turn and im assuming you seasoned veteran users are probably sneering at this post with a violent upheaval of your corner lip, however...im an idiot so i cant be excused. i know nothing about php but understand it'd probably best be suited to present purposes. im trying to send out email surveys, simple fields users can interface with an answer questions as directed. example would be:
- current company
- job title
- desire to answer this third and equally painful question
just a numbered set of fields. bout fourteen or so. recipient gets form in their inbox, fills in the required fields, and replies to sender. thanks in advance for the help.
