Sharing MySQL Databse within domains

Dear Experts,

I am new user.

A company have more than 03 web domains and all three websites are hosted in the same server. their requirement is to build a module for Administrator. In which the site administrator has to update the information for all three websites. i.e. he can add/edit/delete menus, customer profile etc.

My question is that, is it possible to share the MySQL database within 03 domains?
