Postfix a Solution?

Hello All
I've been asked to provide a site with a functionality similar to the anonymous emailing system like on craigslist.

From what I've read
I can generate a unique string and store it associated with a real email address
Use Postfix as my mailing server to recieve and foward the message.
Which means I'll need to configure a mailing server as well alongside with a host.
Problem is this will all be hosted 3rd party

Is my approach correct so far or am I missing fast parts of the puzzle.
If anybody can recommend a place that can provide both services hosting and exchange with postfix i'd appreciate it.

I've not used the anonymous mailing system on CL. Does it send an email from anon@CL or something?

Not sure what it's capabilities are, what I intend on using it for is to pair generated emails with actual emails for anonymity just like on craiglist.

So basically you go onto the site, post your post and enter your email.
The site generates a email address [e-mail] and pairs it with [e-mail]

So when a user sends an email to [e-mail] it gets fowarded to [e-mail], the temporary email expires after a few hours or days to avoid spamming [e-mail]

and something cool, I did not copy the nubmer 2929292 on the second attempt, i simply hit my keyboard quickly and it came out exactly the same. :-)
