hi there,
i have a line in an sql database i am using on my web page that is too long, the person who added it didn't use any spaces (grr), i dont have the passwords to change the db only access it , because of this the line forces the db table out of the div i keep it in, is there some code to break lines in a table if they get too long, it just looks messy

You could try [man]wordwrap/man.

so could i replace the text with the field name of the database?

Hi once again,

In your original post you mention about not using spaces. If this is the case, you may want to use TRUE as the fourth parameter to cut words if they exceed the width.
