stylesheet and php not rendering..

Hi guys

I have a strange issue with one of my pages... I uploaded a test site, fewer than 10pages. Now all the pages load fine and render fine, except one which renders with none of the php includes or images. just plain html. The page has paypal buttons but I cant find anything obvious that may be causing this. Does apache have a quirk that i dont know about? I am on a Linux server (shared host) running Apache 2.2 and php5.2.5

Not enough info for me to say. Most likely a coding/markup error somewhere, possibly a filename suffix that is not recognized as PHP, maybe the file is in a separate directory with a .htaccess file messing up the config, etc.; but no way to tell from the provided data.
