Hi,
i have recently moved into a new postition managing a system at a high school.
until this date the school has managed loggin system issues through a paper system centrally located in the library. i am finding this soultion for lack of a better work useless staff are not logging the proplems or leaving anything that could be regarded as a good description of even the location of the issues.
i am looking into different ways that the staff could better log their technical issues. i was hoping to find out what i would have to do to set up a web page that i could have the staff log on fill out the relevant information and send that information to a Database. so the local support can goto a page look at the issues fill out what action had been taken send a email stating the issues had been resolved. is this possible?
also if possible i would like to set the site up so i can track the volume of poblems being logged and who is logging the most issues.
any help with this would be greatly appricated.
