Help w/ Editing or Deleting Records

If you look on the right side of the table, you'll notice the column "Modify". I want the end user to be able to click Edit/Delete and it will bring up that specific entry in editable text fields. The end user can then change the information of the entry. I'm not sure how to create that.

Which part are you stuck? Validation of the user? Retrieving the information? Updating?

Please be a bit more specific.
In general:
Cretae a link to the record
Retrieve the information if the user is correctly logged in
Spit out the edit form
Store when the user presses save.

Currently I don't have to worry about the user being authenticated. I want to turn the column "Modify" with the text Edit/Delete into a clickable link that takes you to a form with that specific row's information that can be edited and then resaved to the DB.

I mean.. You are not really asking us to write the module for you right?
