Suggest one thing you do is test the page you're generating in the W3C's HTML validator; there are a variety of problems with it, both of style (it looks about ten years old) and of substance, that will bite you if you don't get them fixed.
The JavaScript is a bit dated, too; but the most glaring error that is most likely to make it stop working is that the original value for the image source is something like "images/view_results.gif" but when you mouseover you change it to something like "view_results.gif".
