roll over help

I need help getting my rollovers to work.The first state of the image shows up but when i put the mouse over it doesnt change and I'am totally stumped does anybody have any ideas.heres the code

Suggest one thing you do is test the page you're generating in the W3C's HTML validator; there are a variety of problems with it, both of style (it looks about ten years old) and of substance, that will bite you if you don't get them fixed.

The JavaScript is a bit dated, too; but the most glaring error that is most likely to make it stop working is that the original value for the image source is something like "images/view_results.gif" but when you mouseover you change it to something like "view_results.gif".
