I use php powered SMF forum software and I want the forum to come in between the header and footer of my active HTML based website!

Can anyone do this?

Nope. I have no idea how the SMF forum does things. Your best bet is probably on their support forum.

This website is on php coding. If you have specific coding issues people can help you to fix issues you have with them. For issues with specific packages you usually get most usefull answers in their support forums.
