Judging by the responses I see for these bug reports, the options seem to be (a) try the latest CVS snapshot, (b) make sure there are no PHP-related DLLs anywhere on the system other than those for the version you are installing, (c) install PHP in CGI mode, (d) switch to Apache as your web-server. :rolleyes:
