Any good book for intermediate PHP?

Hi all! I have learned the basics of PHP 5 and I have a little experience to use it to do some useful things. What I don't know is if there's really a good book, intermediate to advanced level with real world style and examples, to avoid the usual much blah,blah about the basics and to delve into something useful. Any suggestion will be appreciated!
