Generate CSV from Form and E-mail It

All,
I have a webform I'm working on that submits data to an e-mail. That part works. But what I'm looking to do is this: Create a CSV file and attach it to the same e-mail that sends the form contents. The reason for this is the client has a small program that will read the contents of the CSV into their program.

  If anyone has done this before -- or something similar -- any and all advice/guidance is welcomed.
